– Our first step is to jump on a call to see if we’re the right fit. In this call, we will work together to understand budgets, goals, and expectations to make sure we align.

– From there, we decide what Clavis services will work best for your company’s goals. We can take a look at how you currently operate and can offer suggestions or, if you know exactly what you want, we will follow your lead. Our main objective is to grow your business using whatever tools necessary.

– Once we agree on a plan, we start the admin including our Client Onboarding Form. On our end, we start an analysis on your current digital landscape to start the bench marking process.

– Finally, we (virtually) introduce our team to your team. We believe in a wholistic mindset, rather than a silo approach; the former yields better results.

– We complete a 360° Digital Strategy to better understand your business and what you need to succeed. This becomes our roadmap moving forwards that is re-visited regularly. Your Digital Strategy becomes the living blueprint to achieve your goals.

– We will complete a series of scans, analysis, audits, and reviews of all your existing channels and services. We will explain what’s working and why, what’s not working and why, what you should be doing, and what you shouldn’t be doing. We present you with both actionable items that can be implemented immediately and long-term strategies to deploy over time.

– We also complete both a competitor scan and an environmental scan to gauge a baseline of your industry and what will help you stand apart from the competition.

– We present your Digital Strategy to explain our findings, benchmarks, and recommendations. This is an opportunity for you and your team to ask questions or clarifications on our findings.

– Once the first version of your Digital Strategy is complete, we launch. Whether we’re booking photoshoots or walking you through how to activate Meta Ads, we work with you and your team to set you up for success.

– Of course, in order to successful we need to be accountable for our actions. That is why we analysis, audit, and review all of our work as we go. We even offer private, custom dashboards for you to see your results in real-time. 

– We also make sure everything we’re doing aligns to your goals. This might be increasing revenue and/or gaining a foothold in your industry. If it’s important to you, it’s important to us. We are a results-based business; our goal is for you to see a positive change in yours.

– To align with your goals, we ask a series of questions and provide you the answers in quarterly or yearly reviews. Questions like: what have we done to improve on your objectives? And, did we achieve your original goal(s) and if so, what are we working towards next?

– We also look at what’s not working by asking a different series of questions: do we have internal or external roadblocks? And, can we apply successful strategies to those that aren’t working?

– Finally, we ask: what to do next? We know all too well that what’s working now may not work forever, so we use our data and analytics to plan for the future as much as possible.
